Generally speaking, when a client is upfront with the Builder regarding their budget, the entire experience between the two parties become more pleasurable and the trust and transparency is built from the start. A good home Builder will work within a wide range of budgets, provided that you are setting reasonable spending parameters, When you disclose your budget to your Builder, they should know whether your project is feasible before continuing.
